Shipping and returns
Shipping in Italy
Shipping within Italy is included in the price of every piece. I ship with a tracked courier and send you the tracking code. I confirm the timing when we confirm the order.
Shipping in Europe
For the rest of Europe I add 8 euros, always with a tracked courier. Any duties or taxes of the destination country, outside the European Union, are paid by the receiver.
Hand delivery in Milan
In and around Milan, when I can, I deliver by hand: that way we meet and you see the piece before paying for it.
Payment
Bank transfer, or cash on hand delivery. No cart, no account: write to me, I confirm the piece and the total, and you pay only afterwards.
Returns
If a piece is not what you hoped for, you have 14 days from receipt to tell me and send it back, intact and as you received it. Return shipping is at your expense; I refund by bank transfer within 14 days of the piece getting back to me. Saffron, being food, can only be returned with the packaging sealed.
One-off pieces
Every object is handmade: small differences in colour, size or pattern compared with the photos are not a defect, they are the reason this bottega exists.
